Welcome to Marine International Pte Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.marine-intl.com.sg (the "Site") and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

Eligibility & Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including transmitting any malware, viruses, or destructive code.
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, marine brand assets, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Marine International Pte Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site or our products without express written permission from us.

Product Information and Orders

Product Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Product Image Disclaimer: Images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging may vary. Minor differences in packaging or appearance do not affect product quality or specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a material discrepancy.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of shipping fees and applicable taxes (such as GST).
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Cancellation/Amendment: No amendment to an order is allowed once processed unless approved by us. Cancellation is permitted where goods are defective, misdescribed, or otherwise subject to statutory consumer rights.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all physical items purchased shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer’s designated address. For international shipments, risk passes upon delivery to the carrier, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Free delivery service is available within Singapore for a minimum order of SGD $250 before GST. A SGD $30 delivery charge applies for orders below this amount.
Delivery is limited to mainland Singapore, excluding Jurong Island. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available at our warehouse located at 623 Aljunied Road #04-10, Aljunied Industrial Complex, Singapore 389835.
Orders can be collected by mutual arrangement with our team during operating hours, subject to stock availability.
Operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Returns, Refunds, Damages, and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
Exchanges or refunds will be arranged in accordance with statutory consumer rights and our internal policies.
Wrongly delivered or short-delivered items will be corrected promptly, either by refund or supply of the correct item.

Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, descriptions, representations, or advice given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability, or otherwise of the Products supplied, are excluded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Singapore law, including rights under the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
No agent or representative of ours is authorised to make any warranties, representations, or statements regarding the products, and we shall not be bound by any such unauthorised statements.

Website Availability

Whilst all attempts will be made to ensure our website access is available all the time, occasionally the site may undergo repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marine International Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marine International Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Consumer Rights

These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights you may have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act (“Lemon Law”). In the event of defective goods, you are entitled to request repair, replacement, or refund within six months of delivery.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
